In 2017, our organization was the coordinator of the Ukrainian Women's Fund Program "First Step to Success - Northern Region."

The goal of the program was to support young women and girls who are ready to help develop their communities and Ukraine as a whole and lead the youth.

Young women and girls aged 17-22 were invited to participate in the program competition who:
● feel leadership potential and are looking for opportunities for personal development;
● are concerned about the problems of their community and have ideas on how to improve the situation;
● are looking for initial support for the implementation of a social project in a relevant field today (community development, social sphere, politics, journalism, business, ecology, IT technologies, etc.).

During the three-day meeting, the winners of the competition were expected to meet and communicate with successful women about the place of women in the modern world, various forms of training on women's leadership, writing and implementing social projects, developing useful skills for success, many new and useful acquaintances, excursions and communication with like-minded people.
