The NGO “Parity Equal Opportunities Center” includes scientists, certified trainers and experts in gender education, gender policy, gender budgeting, human rights education, reproductive health and family planning, strategic planning using the LFA methodology, PR technologies, successful reintegration of individuals after parental leave, leadership skills, innovative practices, consultants on the implementation of gender approaches in the socio-economic development of cities, etc.
The organization's members constantly improve their professional level through internships in the USA, Sweden, Lithuania, Belgium, Poland, working meetings and study trips to Georgia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Austria, etc.
